Master Course Authorization Types
◈ 封閉型授權：盟校需開設對應鏡像課程
Closed Authorization: Member universities must offer a corresponding mirror course.
- 盟校學生的評量皆由主導課程教師負責。
Student assessments are fully handled by the master course instructor. - 113 學年第 1 學期皆為封閉型授權。
All courses in the first semester of 2023 follow this model.
◈ 條件式授權：盟校由協同教師開設衛星課程
Conditional Authorization: Satellite courses are offered by co-instructors at member universities.
- 盟校學生的評量方式依循主導課程教師設計。
Assessments follow the design of the master course instructor. - 考試、評分皆由盟校協同教師協助辦理。
Exams and grading are supported by the co-instructor at the member university. - 預計 113 學年第 2 學期後開辦。
Expected to begin in the second semester of Academic Year 113.
◈ 開放式授權 ：盟校由協同教師開設衛星課程
Open Authorization: Satellite courses are offered by co-instructors at member universities.
- 盟校學生的評量方式可以接受協同教師客製化。
Co-instructors are permitted to customize the assessment methods. - 考試、評分皆由盟校協同教師自行處理。
Exams and grading are fully managed by the co-instructor. - 預計 113 學年第 2 學期後開辦。
Expected to begin in the second semester of Academic Year 113.

◈ 選課交換名單
Course Exchange List
負責將鏡像課程校內的選課學生資料匯出到 NTU COOL 指定位置。
Responsible personnel must export the enrollment data of students registered in mirror courses and upload it to the designated folder on NTU COOL.
STEP 1 將 Excel 檔案上傳至指定 Google 雲端資料夾
Upload the Excel file to the designated Google Drive folder
把檔案名稱改為 【OO大學_課名_上傳時間】
如: 清華大學_統計學暨實習_20250821
Excel 檔案資料包括：
The Excel file must include the following information:
- 校名 University Name
- 學號 Student ID
- 身份（學士、碩士、博士） Degree Program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Ph.D.)
- 年級 Year Level
- 所屬學系/所 Department
- 學生姓名 Student Name
- E-Mail（請務必使用學生的學生信箱，而非私人信箱。）Please make sure to use the student’s official school email address, not a personal email.
新增出來的部份，不包括「提供過的選課名單」，以及「這個期間退選」的名單。

關於校內學程委員會
About the University Credit Program Committee
◈ 協助成立校內學程委員會
Support the establishment of a program committee
- 四個學分學程建議可以由一個委員會負責。
It is recommended that one committee oversee all four credit programs.
◈ 學程委員會盤點校內常規課程
Committee reviews existing internal courses
- 計畫辦公室提供學分學程規劃書、學分學程課程地圖。
The Project Office will provide a curriculum planning guide and credit program course map. - 學程委員會盤點校內有哪些課程可以採認。
The committee will identify which internal courses can be credited toward the program. - 校內採認合格的課程再送辦公室複審。
Courses approved at the university level must be submitted to the Project Office for secondary review.
◈ 學程委員會審核學生修課狀況
Committee reviews students’ course completion status
- 學生符合校內學分學程規定，發給校內學分學程證書。
If a student meets the university’s internal program requirements, a university-issued certificate will be granted. - 同時符合聯盟規定（總修習學分為 15 學分，至少 8 學分以上聯盟認定課程，包括主導課程(鏡像課程)與衛星課），送名單給專辦拿聯盟學程學分證明。
If the student also meets TAICA requirements (15 total credits, with at least 8 credits from TAICA-recognized courses including mirror and satellite courses), their name should be submitted to the Project Office to obtain the TAICA certificate.

Support for Synchronous Examinations
◈ 主導課程會提供：
The master course will provide:
- 同步上課資源：相關連結會在課程公告中 (NTU COOL)。
Synchronous lecture links: shared via NTU COOL course announcements. - 非同步上課資源： NTU COOL
Asynchronous learning resources: available on NTU COOL.
◈ 少數時段會有同步考試的需求：
Some exams may be held synchronously:
- 請各盟校支援找到校內適合大小的教室。
Member universities should assist by reserving appropriately sized classrooms. - 派相關人員監考和收考卷。
Designate personnel are to serve as proctors and collect exam papers.
注意事項
Important Notes
◈ 各校上課時間有些微的不同
Class schedules vary slightly between universities
- 請提醒同學依照主導課程時間同步遠距。
Students should be reminded to attend live sessions according to the master course schedule via distance learning.
◈ 各校成績系統不同，請各校先回報成績系統（NTU COOL）
Grading systems differ between universities. Each school must report its grading system in advance for NTU COOL integration.
- 請百分制 Percentage grade
- 等第制 Letter grade
例：台大 (NTU)：A+, A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-, F, X
清大 (NTHU)：A+, A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-, D, E, X
◈ 成績匯入細節會再跟各單位確認（NTU COOL）
