本學期（113 學年度下學期），共開設 6 門主導課程，由五所大學（清大、臺大、政大、陽明交大、東海）提供，為協助學生克服修課過程中的挑戰，將納入衛星課程形式，盟校將配置協同教師及助教，提供學習輔導及難題解決支援，進一步提升課程的完整性與學習成效。課程內容經由計畫辦公室與專家審核選擇，作為示範性課程。TAICA 聯盟將陸續推出更多元化的課程，豐富學生的學習資源與成長機會。以下為 113 學年度下學期課程：
This semester (AY 113, 2nd semester), six master courses are offered by five universities: National Tsing Hua University, National Taiwan University, National Chengchi University, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, and Tunghai University. To support students in overcoming challenges during the learning process, satellite course formats will be adopted. Partner universities will assign co-instructors and teaching assistants to provide academic support and problem-solving assistance, enhancing course delivery and learning outcomes. All course content has been reviewed and approved by the TAICA Project Office and subject experts as exemplary model courses. TAICA will continue to introduce more diverse courses to enrich student learning resources and growth opportunities. Below is the list of courses for the 2nd semester of AY 113:
