Policy Objectives

Committee Structure
四個學分學程建議可以由一個委員會負責 （請協助回報召集人至總辦公室）。
It is recommended that a single committee be responsible for overseeing all four credit programs. (Please report the appointed chairperson to the central office.)

Committee Responsibilities
首先，各校校內委員會需要了解到聯盟中將有以下課程：
Each university’s internal committee should be informed that the Alliance offers the following types of courses:
◈ 主導課程：由計畫辦公室經專家審核，選擇的示範性課程。
Master Courses: Exemplary courses selected by the Project Office and reviewed by subject experts.
◈ 衛星課程：利用主導課程資源，在聯盟學校端開授的課程。
Satellite Courses: Courses offered by member universities using the teaching resources from master courses.
◈ 常規課程：聯盟校內開設課程與主導課程類似，可以經校內相關程序認抵。
Regular Courses: University-offered courses similar to master courses, which may be credited upon approval through internal procedures.
了解了上述的課程後，便開始以下項目：
After understanding the course types mentioned above, please proceed with the following steps:
Step 1
學程委員會需要盤點校內常規課程，計畫辦公室會提供學分學程規劃書、學分學程課程地圖。
The program committee should review the university’s existing regular courses. The TAICA Project Office will provide planning documents and course maps for the credit programs.
Step 2
學程委員會盤點校內有哪些課程可以採認，校內採認合格的課程，再送辦公室複審。
The committee identifies which internal courses may be recognized for credit. Courses approved through the university’s internal process are then submitted to the Project Office for secondary review.
Step 3
學程委員會審核學生修課狀況，若學生符合校內學分學程規定，將發給校內學分學程證書，若同時符合聯盟規定（兩門主導課程），便送名單給專辦索取聯盟學分學程證明。
The program committee reviews students’ course records. If students meet the university’s credit program requirements, they will be issued a university-level certificate. If they also meet the Alliance requirements (i.e., completion of two master courses), the student list should be submitted to the Project Office to request the TAICA program certificate.
同時，亦需要協調衛星課程的開授，並詳細了解各課程的評量與輔導機制。
Additionally, the committee must coordinate the offering of satellite courses and fully understand the assessment and support mechanisms for each course.
證明發放方式注意事項
Guidelines for Certificate Issuance
◈ 若學生修課只選常規課程 If a student only takes regular courses
- 滿足校內學分學程規定，發給校內學分學程證書
They will be awarded a university-issued certificate upon meeting the internal credit program requirements.
◈ 證書發放須滿足修課條件 Requirements for TAICA Certificate Issuance
- 本聯盟各學分學程總修習學分為 15 學分。
Each TAICA program requires a total of 15 credits. - 本聯盟各學分學程間可互相抵免學分上限為 6 學分。
A maximum of 6 credits may be cross-counted between different TAICA programs. - 若需取得本聯盟頒發學分學程證明，學生必須在各該學分學程中修習至少 8 學分以上聯盟認定課程，包括主導課程(鏡像課程)與衛星課程。
To receive a TAICA-issued certificate, students must complete at least 8 credits of TAICA-recognized courses within the program, which includes both master (mirror) courses and satellite courses. - 發給教育部 TAICA 聯盟的數位證明。
Qualified students will be awarded a digital certificate issued by the TAICA Alliance.
◈ 聯盟數位證明請領方式 How to Apply for the TAICA Digital Certificate
- 每學期末由各學校學分學程委員會收集名單，在截止日前上傳名單到專案辦公室，專案辦公室將會核發數位證明給學生。
At the end of each semester, each university’s credit program committee will compile and submit the list of eligible students to the Project Office. The Project Office will then issue the digital certificates to the students.
